Frequently Asked Questions About Creativity Counseling and Creativity Coaching
How do I know if I am a Creative Person?:Everyone is creative. There are everything from peer-reviewed (read: scientific) to pop-psychology (read: not scientific) ways to test for creativity levels, and I have even used some of these in my own research. But- the bottom line is, everyone is creative. What is important is, how much of a role does your creativity play in your life? This is usually a pretty strong indicator of how highly creative your personality is. More questions? Let's talk about it! I am here to help.

Are your services just for Professional Artists?:
Nope. Creative People are everywhere. I have worked with creative professionals- and this has been a range of creative professionals from scientists to musicians, dancers, visual artists, authors and more (there are so many ways to be creative professionally!) to clients who find that creativity is an important part of their lives in other ways. This includes high school students, parents, professionals in non-creative fields (though I see everything as creative in some way!) hobbyists, those wanting to develop their creativity more, clients wanting to rediscover their creative nature, and more. If your creativity is important to you, it is important to me.
How much do services cost?:It depends. Some services have standard fees, while others change depending on the service. You can book specific coaching packages in the Creativity Courses. Creativity Course subscriptions start at 49$ per month.. Individual counseling sessions start at 250$ per 60 minute session. Both Creativity Counseling and Creativity Coaching include a combination of live and asynchronous support. Book a new client consultation to learn how Creativity Coaching or Creativity Counseling can benefit you, and to discuss pricing and options.

Do you accept insurance?:
All insurance billing is on an Out-of-Network basis. This means I submit no claims to insurance companies. Most insurance policies still have coverage for Out-of-Network Providers. You can contact your insurance company to learn about your coverage. There are also programs like Reimbursify that make filing Out-of-Network claims easier by doing the paperwork and insurance research for you.
What does Concierge Therapy and Coaching mean?:
I work with a small client base at a time in order to provide premium, highest quality care to you. I am committed to showing up to each session with my maximum focus, attention, and skillset available, and I want my clients to be ready with the same. When we are both committed in this way, maximum, lasting, meaningful changes happen. This is what I mean by premium care. This also means that my caseload does fill up. I do not keep a wait list. I will announce on my newsletter and website when my caseload is full and/or has availability, and when new programs become available. When this happens, openings are on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can be the first one to know about openings and programs by subscribing to my newsletter on my homepage. If my website says my programs or caseload is full, you are still welcome to contact me via email to confirm and I will follow up with you!
