A crucial first step in the coaching relationship, the Individual Coaching Planning Session is designed as a collaborative, 90-min planning session. You will work with me as your Creativity Coach to build a customized document with long term goals all broken down into action steps that give focus and direction to your creative future. In just one session, you will get unstuck and begin to feel the creative energy you desire. I want you to experience the relief at the nearness of your creative future with real, concrete steps to help you live the life of your dreams!

Creativity Coaching OnlineOnline Creativity Coaching sessions are conducted in one of two formats: virtual live sessions or email asynchronous sessions. A combination of these coaching styles will design your Creativity Coaching package. Virtual sessions are conducted with your Coaching Plan open, and in available to guide the work. We will discuss your progress, obstacles you are facing, and problem solve together. You will have space to explore where you are stuck and as your Creativity Coach, I will support you and help you untangle seen and unseen problems in both supportive and directive ways. Email sessions are conducted in support of your virtual sessions, as check-ins in between them. The content of the email check-ins are always used in very intentional and supportive ways related to your coaching plan. With a combination of live and asynchronous online Creativity Coaching sessions, you will experience even more flexibility and access to the benefits of Creativity Coaching.
