What to Expect from Concierge Therapy
You may select will to receive Concierge Care while working with me at Creatively, LLC. That means I keep only a small caseload of clients, and you get direct access to me while we work together, including between appointments via text, phone, and email, to touch base. Concierge clients also receive a weekly "Concierge Ticket," with tools including asynchronous check-ins, free access to the Creativity Courses, premium session times, priority access, comprehensive support, and more. Our goal is to work hard and make real, lasting progress. Concierge Therapy Sessions, including the Initial Assessment, are held either virtually or in person, and you can choose either of these options as we work together. Concierge Therapy clients may choose to also participate in Equine Psychotherapy sessions, while in Individual Concierge Therapy sessions.

What to Expect from Coaching
Coaching services are based upon the purchase of a membership package or coaching package through the Creativity Courses platform. The existing packages available, are:

Premium Plans, A la Carte Sessions, Coaching, Equine Therapy, and Fees
You receive many benefits in as a Concierge client, and only pay a small monthly maintenance fee plus the cost of your sessions at a reduced rate. The full amount is due at the time of the session. Two concierge sessions per month covers the cost of your maintenance fee, vs the cost of the a la carte session rate. All service types begin with an assessment. You must choose a therapy type (premium or a la carte) to receive equine therapy. Please refer to the table for a current list of fees. Fees are subject to change without notice:

Understanding Out-of-Network Benefits
All of my services are out-of-network with insurance companies. I can't make official recommendations about insurance. But, I have worked with insurance in various ways for many years. I do not hold any contracts with them now (this means I am "out-of-network"), but I can give some unofficial thoughts for when you give your insurance a call to ask about coverage:

-“What is the allowed amounts for 90837 and 90834 CPT codes?”
-“Do these benefits cover telehealth?"
I provide documentation for you to submit for out-of-network billing to your insurance company. This documentation is provided to you immediately with your invoice, and monthly with your monthly statement. Copies of this documentation are also always available to you on your client portal. Usually you can submit these form online to your insurance. You can also use a service like Reimbursify to simplify the out-of-network billing process.

Equine Psychotherapy clients also receive Concierge Care while working with me at Eldersburg Equine Psychotherapy, a service of Creatively, LLC. That means I keep only a small caseload of clients, and you get direct access to me while we work together, including between appointments via text, phone and email, to touch base. You will also receive a weekly ticket for Concierge Services, including access to asynchronous check-ins and the Creativity Courses. The goal is always to work hard and make real, lasting progress. All Equine Psychotherapy sessions are held at a private barn in either Mt Airy or Highland, with the exception of the Initial 90-minute Assessment, which is held either in-person in my office in Sykesville, or virtually. Equine Psychotherapy clients must also participate in either VIP or Standard Therapy Sessions in addition to Equine Psychotherapy Sessions.

Important details for Equine Psychotherapy Sessions: The barn location will be sent to you via email with your appointment confirmation. No horse experience is necessary, and all our work with the horses will be unmounted/on the ground. The address will be provided to you after our initial assessment. This is a private farm, expect to see barn cats, bugs, birds and sunshine. For inclement weather, including heavy rain, wind, and freezing temperatures, I will contact you to reschedule. If you have any questions don't hesitate to email [email protected] or call/text 443-571-5913. There may be others on the property during your session attending to the other horses. You will be asked to review and sign an additional safety waiver.
Equine Psychotherapy and Billing
Equine Psychotherapy Sessions are billable as individual therapy sessions, since I am both a licensed clinical professional counselor and a certified HEAL EFPL Facilitator. That means you can also submit out-of-network billing for these sessions. The full amount is due at the time of the session.

After Booking your First Session
You will receive follow-up communication from my online management system regarding the next steps, including meeting links (via Calendly or Zoom) and necessary paperwork. This will also include links to sign up for your client portal account. Please note that completing any required paperwork ahead of your appointment will save valuable session time.
