Online Therapy is Time-Saving Help at your Fingertips

Online Therapy offers you all the benefits of in-person therapy, minus some of the headache.  You will have the same creativity counseling session, for the same length of time, with the same expert help.  I will still be broadcasting to you from my office space- but you get to tune in from wherever you want! This gives you the flexibility to catch your session on lunch breaks, in a parking lot, outside at a picnic table, after hours once your kiddos are in bed and you are comfy in your pajamas, or even from your art studio.  The flexibility and versatility of Online Therapy make it one of my favorite ways to work in Creativity Counseling with clients.

There are a few things that you will need for online counseling that you wouldn't need for in person- but just a few!  You will need any device that has 1) connectivity 2) a camera and 3) a microphone.  I also recommend for your own benefit you have some sort of privacy so you can speak freely- but- you can be creative with this!  Headphones work great, cars a good spots, but so are laundry rooms, art studios, offices after or before hours, bedrooms, basements, closets, or anywhere that you feel good about speaking openly.  You do not have to download any software- I send you an encrypted link for us to meet at at our designated appointment time.  That's it!  Everything else is therapy-as-normal.
