Creative People Portrait Project
Creative People are Everywhere
I am on a mission to find Creative People who don’t know that they are Creative.
They look like high achievers. Gifted People. Upwardly mobile People.
They look like Smart People, Talented People.
They can also be people who feel isolated. Like they don’t fit in.
They often feel like their perspectives are different from their peers, that they are more passionate about things, that their feelings can become overwhelming.
They may have been called dreamers, or impractical.
They want to do something meaningful. Their soul demands of them to live their life authentically. They feel suffocated by a society that says “fit in and be mainstream.” They want to do more. Be more.
And yet. They have powerful empathy, intuition and compassion. Oftentimes paired with deep-seated sense of responsibility, many highly Creative People made choices for the benefit of others. They neglected their own needs, their own dreams, and their own authenticity. They never really answered the questions, “who am I?” or “what do I really want?” Life has been about survival.
They haven’t used their main strengths- they don’t know that they have been masking them to make others feel more comfortable. It has held them back and made them unhappy.
Undiscovered Creative People, I am looking for you, to help you discover yourself.

The Creative People Portrait Project #creativepeopleportraitproject is designed to bring awareness to the importance of and diversity amongst Creative People. Many Creative People don't know they have Creative Personalities, or, how to support and nurture the qualities in these powerful aspects of themselves. They have been marginalized, silenced, and stigmatized, and have lived their lives trying to make sense of it all. These are portraits of real Creative People, titled with the occupations they fill in society, and yet, Creative People are so much more. These portraits are meant to shine a spotlight on Creative People, help other Creative People self identify, and for Creative People to gain the support of the Communities that benefit from them, while rewriting old stigma.
To support the longevity of this project, please make a donation. Donations are accepted in increments of 50$ and go directly to artist supplies, outreach and time spent creating the works. Any funds collected beyond these needs go directly towards scholarshipping Creative People in Creativity Counseling and Creativity Coaching services.
