The bulk of the work you do at Creatively will be in individual counseling sessions. Set in my beautiful office across from the Columbia Mall, come sit on the Creatively couch and learn how to create your best life. In individual sessions you can expect to understand your unique creative personality and how it has shaped your life. You will explore your art and its place in your life. You will address issues like how to find more time for your creativity, incorporate it into or change your career into something more creatively fulfilling, juggle the demands of a creative job alongside your own creative visions, creative blocks and more. You will learn the relationship between mental health and wellness and your creativity. We will work together to use your creativity to support your overall health and wellness to get you living your best life and creating your best work, ever.
All new patients begin care with an initial evaluation. In your first session, you will learn how Creatively can help you create your best life. We will talk about what brings you to my door and how my toolbox can support you as and artist and in wellness. We will talk about the all-important link between wellness and creativity and how to utilize its power specifically for you. The evaluation session is where we carve out your path for the work we will do at Creatively.
